The property is the Hooks Ranch near Buckhorn, Wyoming, a homestead painted by Jon three times before. With each visit to this property, Jon finds more treasures to inspire his brush, including this pioneer garden planted with hope and tenderness many years ago. Untended, but not unloved, the flowers keep their vigil faithfully every spring.
