There is no other similarly shaped vase made in any other depression glass pattern. It flares up from its cylindrical bottom to a rim that flares out, almost like a hat brim, except that it is crimped to have a ruffled appearance in order to achieve this the rim had to be crimped by hand, unusual for what was mass produced glass.
