While Yami Yugi doesnt exactly have a spectacular deck in this duel, Weevils deck doesnt even come close to his in terms of viability

Its not the most pro-social card, but its also one that I think is mostly reasonable as a way for these decks to try and take a win against control decks that seem to have hands full of answers

There and Back Again gives you a 6/6 dragon that gives you 14 Treasures when it dies

Still, this dinosaur is cheaper and has a decent body that can engage in combat, so I can see it overperforming in spellslinger decks or decks that run a fair number of combat tricks

Level counters only exist on the battlefield, so in any other zone, the Leveler creature is level 0, and has the stats and abilities it would have upon normally entering the battlefield
