The BIB Act was a statement of quality and authenticity. The spirit in that bottle had been produced at one distillery, in one season, aged at least four years and bottled at exactly 100proof. (this barrel is over seven years old!) This whiskey was started off using 100% sorghum that was locally acquired from a farm
