You can run Primal Vigor for $25 instead, along with Branching Evolution for $20, which basically creates the same effect for your deck at about half the price
While I dont think your Balthor deck should go super hard on Minions, there are a few of them that you should consider, like Bone Shredder, Gloomdrifter, and Chainer
