Although Black Luffy isn't a popular meta choice anymore, the Starter deck has a couple of cards that can be used in different meta-relevant decks
They are easier to find as individual cards but are sufficiently rare enough that you may need to invest some money into them
You can also expect more Trainer Full Arts, Illustration Rares, Special Illustrations, Immersive Cards, and Crown Rare Cards when the Expansion is released
