The one side has 4 corner holes for mounting (1 4" and 3 8" diameter). Threaded 5th hole at the tip that is 1 4" diameter. The other side also has 5 holes. 2 in the middle are 3 8" diameter. The 2 corner holes are 1 2" and the middle in the tip is 7 16". I think it's bronzed as it has a weight to it.
