古鉄の五徳をつけ、火鉢に見立てました。

この種の土器の年代や形式変遷については未だ不明の域を脱していませんが、このような陰刻線で文様を表した黒陶は、紀元前千年頃のバンチェン前期に作られたとされています。

茶船・急須台にも良い大きさです。

江戸から明治頃の古い薬棚です。使い込まれて角の落ちたまぁるい表情の木味です。侘び寂びのある佇まいです。ギャラリーや宿で使って頂いても素敵と思います。

朝鮮やインドネシアにも、共通する特徴をもった神獣・獅子像があるそうです。
