That "lesser" versions of Lightning Bolt like Shock (2/3 a Lightning Bolt for the same cost), Lightning Strike (exactly Lightning Bolt for twice the cost), or even Volcanic Hammer (a slow version of Lightning Strike) are all staples in their respective Standard formats really cements this card's place as a benchmark card
Rev, Tithe Extractor Whether you plan to play her as a commander or in the 99 of another deck, this card shows a ton of promise as a way to generate mana and card advantage while lowering your opponents life totals
Remember, these cards care about how much mana you actually spent on the spell, not the printed mana value so the higher tiers of Ice Magic and Thunder Magic, the flashback casts of Dreams of Laguna and Laughing Mad, and a big Syncopate or Choco-Comet will all work to trigger your stuff
+1: Create a token thats a copy of target creature you control, except it has haste and At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice this token. 4: Chandra deals 8 damage divided as you choose among any number of target creatures and/or planeswalkers
