A soft and sweet texture reminded some of juicy tropical fruit gums and toasted brioche while for others it was baked pears with a Sauternes custard sauce

Wee fruity touches of white jelly beans and forest fruits also emerged

and a faint hint of woodsmoke are intertwined with peanut brittle

perhaps mixed with sultanas and raisins in a bread and butter pudding

the nose gave us perfumed pear
