White Oak Akashi Sherry Cask Finished Single Malt Whisky (750mL) Charred Cherry Wood fresh orange peelFrom Eigashima Shuzo's White Oak facility, Akashi Sherry Cask is a lightly peated malt. This is a true sherry monster, aged in ex Pedro Ximenez and finished in Oloroso casks, creating a thick and viscous mouthfeel and an extremely rich palate. Notes of dried friut and leather dominate, with orange rind, baking spice, and a slight balsamic quality.
