Having played this card a fair bit, Ive been pleasantly surprised by its effectiveness more often than not, and in a worst case scenario, you play it at the end of an opponents turn, dont get the outcome you want, and play a second board wipe on your turn for the desired result
You can also take the following actions as many times as you like, in any order: Exert the required amount of ink to play a card Activate a character ability Use an item effect Quest with a character card (see below) Use a character to challenge an opponent's exerted character (see below) Most of these actions require a card to be 'in play' before you can perform them
This more than makes up for the middling stats and high animation cost on the Falls, and cements its place as a solid Control win condition for green/blue decks
I know it's not for everyone, but if you like powerful rares, there are some rad ones like Cool but Rude, The Ooze, and Splinter's Technique
