The 3 ft rosettes atop an eventual 3 8' trunk resemble the Australian grass trees, Xanthorrhoea, or a dim version of Dasylirion quadrangularis. Flattened somewhat triangular leaves of spring green to nearly turquoise and white flowers to 3' or so above the rosette.
