Letter of Encouragement Although not going to fetch you much on the market, Letter of Encouragement could prove itself to be a very strong card indeed

You could potentially use this card 3 turns in a row every turn using Bolt Strike and more than likely knocking out three Pokemon in a row, then the next turn you could use Outrage and knock out another Pokemon, and keep using Outrage until you are knocked out

Things will hopefully improve soon though, because Pokemon just acquired a US distributor, so our fortunes may be about to change

These are little changes, but should have interesting consequences in the Pokmon TCG
