The finely rendered owls were originally part of an antique 14k gold stick pin (circa 1880-1900)

The chalcedony pendant was originally a 14k gold brooch (circa 1880-1900) transformed by the removal of the pin findings and the addition of a 14k gold bail

but there is some residual lead solder on the collets of two side diamonds (visible under magnification)

The piece is in very good condition with minor surface wear and some very minor indentations on the reverse of the piece
