2019 Seville Estate Shiraz 750Ml Bottle Chablis dry finish93 points Jane Faulkner, Halliday Wine Companion A savoury and soft wine that has meshed well with no new oak flavour to get in the way of its approachability. Dark fruits but not much, lots of spices from pepper, licorice root, juniper berries to dried herbs. It's earthy, with a splash of soy sauce and umami flavours throughout. The palate is lighter framed although the tannins have some sandpaper texture.
