Undated on the ball she is from the 1930s. Because I forgot to do the ruler photos here are the dimensions: Height: 7 cm Base: 5. 5 cm Girth: 22cm Why do I call it a ball and not a rose or frog? It has a solid base and would have held water on its own whereas a frog or rose is open at the base. Please see and expand
