This can be before blockers are declared, after blockers are declared but before combat damage is dealt, during combat after combat damage is dealt, during the postcombat main phase, during the end step, or, in some unusual cases, during the cleanup step
Whats nice about this is that the ability will persist through turns, so if you play this on turn 1, the next creature that you play, say on turn 2, should get the buffs
Lastly, I want to take a look at Will of the Temur
Endurance Endurance might not be the most exciting Incarnation of the cycle but it's still a very strong card in Commander, doubling as both graveyard hate and protection in the same card: use this to hose an opposing Graveyard deck at instant speed, perhaps in response to a reanimation spell, or use it to protect your own graveyard from Bojuka Bogs and whatnot
Visually and audibly, the game also doesnt really do much to change up the same experiences - the same beats, the same tabletop visuals - like I said, the game core tenet is creating an accurate simulation of the TCG, but it couldve changed things a bit up for some of the bigger, more iconic duelists but Ill be honest, even the basic tunes arent particularly engaging, so I played much of this game on mute, so I suppose that makes most of my musical opinions on this game moot
