Ikeda's Wish Pack:Single and a satisfying hint ofAn experimental stout for a unique drinking experience Conjuring memories of some of our favourite smoked beers, we had a desire to create our own. To add an extra splash of umami to this beer, we chose to use Shiitake mushrooms as our smoked vessel. Smoked on site and then added to a tank for the beer to circulate through, imparting a delightful touch of smoke. The result is a subtle peatiness that adds a whole new depth of flavour to this stout.
