Its also decent against Deathmist Raptor, reanimation, and blinking (such as Shorecrasher Elemental) I think Id rather have Dissipate if I was in the market for another three-mana counterspell, but if double blue is a problem this one is not embarrassing
I dont have a bias in that argument, having approximately equal collection equity in Topsun & Carddass cards (and the most equity in 96 Base tbh.) This will be a fun debate to follow for years
