This is a plant of great antiquity native to the Mediterranean region and a familiar culinary ingredient used either fresh or dried. Bay topiary can make dramatic statements used singly or in pairs in the garden. In pots it can be used in pairs to frame a door way or garden path. Effective on its own at the centre of a design or to provide an attractive focal point
