1937-S Texas Independence Silver Commemorative Half Dollar - PCGS MS 66 T-68 This series uses the lifecycle1937 S Texas Independence Silver Commemorative Half Dollar PCGS MS 66 This issue was struck in commemoration of the independence of Texas in 1836. The obverse features a large 5 pointed star situated behind an eagle while the reverse displays an allegorical winged Liberty flanked by the busts of General Sam Houston and Stephen Austin.
