but to me it looks like a mix between a beret and a turban - might be what is referred to as a "towering" beret

The scarf is signed “Bill Blass” within the print

The dress is unlined and does up at the side with a series of snaps

The only issue is that two of the black insets in the handle are a little recessed on one side

The skirt is unlined
